Inventory first
Furniture, equipment and fixtures are listed well enough to separate what can be purchased from what is only being removed.

Commercial asset clearance
When a company is leaving a floor, closing a branch or stripping a warehouse, the useful question is not only what can be sold. It is how the premises get cleared, and on whose programme.
Arbiya Traders buys from businesses. This page is a way to request a valuation or a site inspection. There is no catalogue and nothing is listed for retail sale.
Furniture, equipment and fixtures are listed well enough to separate what can be purchased from what is only being removed.
Workstations and partitions are taken down when that work is part of the agreed scope.
Purchase, labour and removal are written as one proposal so the facilities team is not coordinating three vendors for one exit.
The quotation states the condition the space will be left in. It does not promise a bare shell unless that is the scope.
A lease end, a consolidation, or a team moving to a smaller floor.
A landlord or occupier clearing a plate before a new fit-out begins.
Racking, furniture and leftover commercial assets removed so the shed can be returned.
Clearance is not automatically free. If the labour and disposal outweigh the asset value, the quotation shows a service charge. If the assets carry the job, the offer says that too.
Photographs show the kinds of commercial spaces and materials this work involves. They are illustrative references, not documented Arbiya Traders projects.

Sometimes the purchase covers the removal, and sometimes it does not. The quotation separates the purchase offer from any service charge so the difference is visible before you approve it.
Share the handover date at the enquiry stage. The inspection and quotation then say whether that date is realistic.
Yes, where the contents are commercial assets or industrial material we can assess. Describe the building and what is still inside it.
Photographs of each room or bay, the city, the rough quantity and the date you need the space back. A floor plan helps when you have one.
Share photographs and the location. We will tell you whether a remote review is enough or a site inspection should come first.
