Office furniture buyback
We purchase unwanted commercial furniture from offices that are relocating, renovating, downsizing or closing. Value is assessed on the lot, not from a retail price list.
Arbiya Traders buys from businesses. This page is a way to request a valuation or a site inspection. There is no catalogue and nothing is listed for retail sale.
Linear desks, benching systems, pedestals and manager tables from a single floor or a whole building.
Task chairs, conference chairs, visitor seating and reception seating, reviewed by condition and quantity.
Meeting tables, filing cabinets, credenzas and storage units that can be moved as a lot.
Modular partitions and loose fixtures when they can be dismantled and have a resale or recovery value.
Furniture left behind when a team moves to a new floor or a new city.
A full office that needs the contents sold and the rooms emptied together.
Furniture being replaced during a refit, where removal has to follow the fit-out calendar.
Single household items are not the focus. Small quantities are reviewed only when they sit with a larger commercial lot.
Photographs show the kinds of commercial spaces and materials this work involves. They are illustrative references, not documented Arbiya Traders projects.

The service is built for bulk commercial lots. A few leftover pieces can be included when they are part of a larger office sale.
We look at condition, brand, material, quantity, dismantling, access and transport. The quotation states what is being purchased and what work, if any, is charged separately.
Yes, when dismantling is included in the agreed scope. It is scheduled with the building so loading does not block other tenants.
Bengaluru is the primary area. Site visits elsewhere in Karnataka are arranged when the lot justifies the travel.
Share photographs and the location. We will tell you whether a remote review is enough or a site inspection should come first.
