Terms of Enquiry
Submitting the form asks Arbiya Traders to review a possible purchase or a scope of work. It does not create a contract.
A quotation is issued only after the information, and a site inspection where one is required, has been reviewed. Prices discussed informally can change once condition, quantity, access or permissions are confirmed.
Purchase value and service charges are separate. Clearance is not promised free of charge. If labour, transport or disposal exceeds the asset value, the quotation will show a charge.
You confirm that you are entitled to sell the assets you describe, or that you are authorised by the owner to request the work. Arbiya Traders may decline a lot that cannot be identified, is hazardous, or sits outside the operating area.
Interior dismantling and structural demolition are different scopes. Structural work is not scheduled until the quotation records the permission status and the party responsible for any approval that is still required.
Photographs you upload are for assessment. Publishing them as a case study needs a separate agreement. Website photographs that are not labelled as a specific job are illustrative and are not a record of completed work.
These terms cover the website enquiry. A later written quotation, if you accept it, governs the actual purchase or the works.
