Interior dismantling
Partitions, cabins, loose fixtures and non-structural fit-out removed so a floor can be handed back or refitted.

Office and building demolition
Interior strip-out and eligible structural demolition are different jobs. Both start with a site inspection, a written scope and confirmation of the permissions that apply.
Arbiya Traders buys from businesses. This page is a way to request a valuation or a site inspection. There is no catalogue and nothing is listed for retail sale.
Partitions, cabins, loose fixtures and non-structural fit-out removed so a floor can be handed back or refitted.
Furniture, fixtures and resulting debris coordinated so the space is left as the quotation describes.
Structural demolition only where the scope, method and statutory permissions have been confirmed.
Removal of agreed debris is quoted with the job. It is not assumed to be free on every site.
We separate a fit-out strip-out from work that affects the building structure.
Lifts, loading bays, working hours and occupied adjoining floors change the method.
Work that needs an owner approval, society NOC or statutory permission does not start until that status is clear.
No demolition is offered as a same-day start, and no job is described as permission-free. If approvals are required, they stay with the party the quotation names.
Photographs show the kinds of commercial spaces and materials this work involves. They are illustrative references, not documented Arbiya Traders projects.

No. Many requests are interior dismantling: partitions, furniture and fit-out. Structural demolition is quoted only when the building scope and permissions support it.
The quotation records whether permissions are already in place or still required, and which party is responsible for obtaining them. Work waits on that point.
Debris handling is included only when the quotation says so. The scope lists what leaves the site and what is left for another contractor.
Share the address, a short description and photographs. If the job needs a visit, we arrange an inspection before issuing a scope and price.
Share photographs and the location. We will tell you whether a remote review is enough or a site inspection should come first.
