This notice explains what the valuation form collects and how those details are used. It was last updated on 23 October 2026.
The form asks for your name, mobile number, company where relevant, city, a description of the assets or site, and optional email, photographs and documents. That information is used to review the enquiry, arrange an inspection if needed, and prepare a quotation.
Files uploaded with an enquiry are stored with that enquiry. They are not placed in a public folder and they are not used as marketing photographs unless you later give permission for a specific image.
Enquiry details are not sold. They are shared only with people who need them to assess or carry out the job, or where the law requires it.
Do not upload identity documents, passwords or information about people who are not connected to the site. If you send an email address, it is used only to reply about that enquiry.
You can ask for the enquiry record to be corrected or deleted by contacting the business on the mobile number you submitted, once a direct line is published, or through a later reply to your enquiry. Some records may be kept where a quotation or a completed job needs them.
The site may later use analytics to understand which pages lead to an enquiry. Campaign parameters should not contain the contents of the form, and uploaded documents are not sent to an analytics tool.
